Seye Advisory is a business affairs and contract management practice. We work in English and French, across the American and French markets.
A contract is written once and lives for years. In most companies it passes a lawyer at signature, a sales team when the deal is made, and accounting each time an invoice is processed. Nobody follows it end to end, and the questions it raises later, about what it still allows, what it still costs and when it ends, get answered from memory. Seye Advisory owns that function permanently.
The founder
Alima Seye founded the practice after building the rights framework of a film production company and running contract operations for businesses operating across several markets.
She trained in law at Panthéon-Sorbonne, France’s leading law faculty, and studied entrepreneurship at Université PSL, ranked the top French research university for several years running by Times Higher Education.
